- Not many chocolate pieces evident so affects aroma, texture and flavour balance. Holds together well but a bit dry and chewy.
- White flecks inside, looks like it's not mixed properly but flecks gone in toasted bun.
- No chocolate aroma but slightly improves on toasting.
- Hard, spongy, dry, gritty texture but much improved on toasting.
- Flavour is bland, slight chocolate. Still bland when toasted but a little more chocolatey.
- Round, hockey puck. White specks throughout and on top. Not much chocolate flavour. Cross is sunken into the bun. Better toasted. Needs more chocolate.
