- Good size, shape and variety of fruit but course texture and crumbly inside with unpleasant "yeasty" aroma and flavour (so could be too much yeast and or overproofed).
- It's much better toasted with pleasant aroma and flavour with good fruit variety and good flavour and texture balance.
- Lots of cranberries, crumbly inside, broken fruit from overmixing, weird smell.
- Unpleasant flavour but pleasant when toasted with mild spice flavour, nice cranberries and sweet peel, very slight artificial aftertaste.
- Over proofed, mouldy smell. Look is great, but that's as far as it goes. Toasted is similar, yeasty smell and flavour is toned down.
