- Untoasted bun has attractive appearance attractive with good size dome, even cross and glaze is evident. However, fruit pieces are quite small (overmixed so fruit is broken) and unevenly distributed.
- Little spice aroma or taste.
- Texture becomes quite doughy on eating.
- Glaze disappears when toasted, no real spice flavour, cross is crunchy, dry and needs butter.
