  • Not fully cooked.
  • Cross is streaky (flour and water may not have mixed properly).
  • Dough looks undercooked or not mixed correctly. Little spice aroma and flavour, dry texture when is evident even when toasted.
  • Fruit is not evenly distributed so flavour is not balanced.
  • Super dense and dry.
  • Appearance is dull and undercooked, no spice smell, texture is dense and doughy and lacks flavour. Only flavour is sweetness from fruit.
  • Untoasted texture is underbaked and raw. Toasted texture is better.
